So today I’m going to show a great desktop or table top multifunction copier printer scanner. One of the things that we’re asked a lot is for a machine that’s a step up from the off the shelf retail all in one unit, but something that’s not quite as large and frankly as expensive as a full blown commercial copier printer scanner. So this is the Konica Minolta c 33 50 and it’s a great machine because as you can see in its current configuration, you can have this machine set up with up to three paper drawers and it can be free standing on the cabinet. But also you can get the machine with just this one drawer and the machine where it can sit on a desktop or a counter top, which is great for offices with limited space. So this machine, even though it can be a countertop model, it’s really fast and really powerful.

And I like to show you a little bit about how it works. So as far as use as a copier, you have an automatic document theater and you can go ahead and tell it you want to copy. And just hit start. And again, it’s very fast, very efficient, has great quality and it’s very a very economical as far as space. Your copy pages come out right in the center of the machine so you don’t have any trays sticking off any of the sides. So that’s one of the features people really liked. Something else. So it’s important in most offices is having something that’s fast for scanning and this machine is really fast. You can take an entire stack of pages and put them in the document theater and you can tell the machine you want to scan the email or scan the folder, simply select a destination and hit start.

And even though this is a countertop machine, look at how fast that scanning is. So it’s going to take that entire stack of documents, create one pdf document and send it directly to any email address that you want to program into the machine. So walk up copying, scanning super fast, super efficient, but it’s very affordable. And again, [inaudible] in a true desktop model. The last thing that’s going to be important with any model, this included, is being able to print in this machine prints in both color as well as black and white. And I’m gonna step over here and just show you how easy it is to print and the great quality it produces. So right here we have it set up so that we have a color page, and we’re going to go ahead and just select okay on that page. And it’s going to process it. And when it processes that you can see over here on the machine that it’s processing the job and it’s going to take that, and it’s gonna give a really, really high quality color print. So if you’re looking a product to fit your needs, that is a step up from what you’re going to get off of the retail shell. But you don’t need this giant $10,000 commercial system.
