I have been a customer of Common Sense Business Solutions for a couple years now. I work for a company that does live training seminars and we print a lot of forms, fliers etc. for our events. We need a machine that works well and is serviced quickly when we need it to be. I have worked with multiple copy/print/scan businesses over the past 10 years, both local and national companies but Ross and his team at CSBS have been by far the best I’ve worked with. The machine has been rock solid, and on the rare occasions we need service we have been able to count on RITA coming out on very short notice and resolving our issues. The other thing about CSBS that I really appreciate is the personal and local service. When I’ve been in a pinch to get toner for my machine, Ross has personally delivered it very quickly to get me back up and printing.
I have really appreciate having a company that cares about us as a customer and is willing to go the extra mile.
