We have had the privilege of the services of Common Sense Business Solutions with Ross Wiffler as our contact person. He came to us two years ago and when our contract came up for renewal with Discovery Office Systems and their contract was much more than our budget could handle, and we were not satisfied with the service we were receiving. I engaged the opinion of one of our printing sources to look over the contract. Dave from Quality Print Services here in Petaluma agreed that my quote from Discovery was very high and handed me some guidelines as to what to look for when searching for a new company.
We contracted three other companies for bids and Ross Wiffler with Common Sense Business Solutions had exactly what we were looking for. He has that sense of business service that is retrospective of the 1950’s. Courteous, friendly, and when he says he will do something or be somewhere he is spot on. His pricing was very competitive and I am at a relief that he has our best interests at heart.
