I wanted to end you and your staff a testimonial outlining how pleased we have been with the Bizhub System that we leased with your company. As you know I was a little hesitant to make changes and wasn’t sure that we needed such a fancy system for our small office. What we have found is that it has been a great decision and we would never consider going back to our old way of doing things after experiencing all of the benefits this machine provides. Not only has this machine been very helpful but we are actually paying less for the Bizhub than we were previously paying to upkeep our various desktop printers and fax machine.
My work routinely takes me all over California and I am frequently working remotely away from my office. It has been a significant benefit to having my incoming faxes routed directly to my email where I can receive them wherever I happen to be working. Also having the ability for my office staff to quickly scan any paperwork from the office directly to my email has proven to be a great benefit. In a nutshell we are very happy with having a single device to efficiently handle our copying, printing, faxing and scanning and we would recommend any company to consider whether a product like the Bizhub would better serve their needs than any collection of desktop devices.
