Common Sense Business Solutions is a company with integrity. I was worried this company was “too good to be true”, but it’s not. CSBS has exceeded my expectations.
I was concerned about choosing a new company to lease my copier from and even more worried about leasing a gently used copier. My Account Representative Sean walked me through it all. Sean was a saint. He never pushed me nor did he try to tell upsell me. He was always available to answer my questions and to put my concerns to rest. It was the best experience I’ve ever had with an Account Rep.
CSBS’s customer service is phenomenal. Sean and Ross accommodated my needs and always made me feel important, as though I was their only client. When I submitted an online request for copier service, Rita called me very quickly & scheduled a time to come in. It was all very easy.
