Background
When we first met with Deb Prolo, the owner of Accountable Solutions Bookkeeping, she was experiencing frustration with her existing copier and the service provider. Deb shared that she felt that she was paying more than she should and that her current machine was unable to print in color and did not offer any scanning functionality. In addition Deb shared that she was not satisfied with the response she received from her existing copier service provider. We asked a lot of questions and with Deb’s help we were able to compile a thorough evaluation outlining the areas in which we could offer improvement.
Solution
Common Sense Business Solutions presented Accountable Solutions with a proposal for a Konica Minolta Bizhub system that provided solutions to all of the concerns Deb had with her existing copier. First and foremost we were able to reduce the cost that they had been paying for their existing copier by 73% and we were able to help them return their existing copier. Additionally, the system that we offered provided both black and white as well as full color printing which was a huge benefit to their office. Last but not least, the Konica Minolta Bizhub system that we provided offered Accountable Solutions the high speed network scanning functionality it so immediately needed.
The original Konica Minolta Bizhub C253 that we provided successfully fulfilled all Accountable Solutions’ needs and expectations for five years. At the conclusion of the copier lease agreement on the Konica Minolta Bizhub C253 machine we were able to upgrade Accountable Solutions to a newer, faster Konica Minolta Bizhub C280 while lowering their costs even more.
