Case Study: Windsor Christian Academy – Preschool through 8th Grade School
Background – Problem
Up until early 2014 Windsor Christian Academy was spending a large amount of money each month for moderately efficient monochrome copying equipment in their school and church office and had no copier at all in their preschool or Technology Department. The cost of their existing equipment was prohibitive so the administration decided to research other options.
Solution and Benefits
Common Sense Business Solutions was able to replace the two existing copiers in addition to adding copiers for both the pre-school and the Technology Department at a cost of approximately half of what Windsor Christian Academy was previously spending for just two machines. Not only did they save money but three of the four Konica Minolta Bizhub copiers were full color systems which allowed Windsor Christian Academy to eliminate the need to print color materials on desktop printers, thus eliminating the need to purchase expensive replacement toner cartridges for those printers.
