How important is printing in my business? It’s very important. Actually, scanning is probably more important because we scan everything. When it leaves here, we have no paper left. And we love our machine because it scans, it prints, it’s awesome.
We had twice in the last 10 years we’ve had a breakdown around April 10th. One of them was on a Saturday. They were here within an hour. It was fantastic.

We call them up – or the machine actually calls them up a lot of times and says the toner is down and they deliver it. I think Ross and his team do a great job of helping make sure that your machine is always running and lets you know if there’s problems or anything like that.
