Ross, I just wanted to take a moment to thank you for your contribution to Accountable Solutions. The first time we met you really understood that I was not getting my copier needs met. I had worked tenaciously with the previous company to no avail. Within ten minutes of meeting with you, you understood my problem, and had a solution.
The first thing you addressed was that I was paying way too much for my service contract. I felt that to be true, but you actually validated it! You then explained your philosophy of paying for support based on usage, versus a flat fee. Well that one philosophy saved my company 73.7% which means I think you are a rock star! I really appreciate your approach to finding “Common Sense Business Solutions”!
I also really appreciate working with a locally owned and operated business. It is always so nice to see you or Hassan stop by to get the meter readings. I was not used to that kind of hands on service, and it did not take long to get accustomed to it. Even in that small way, I just really feel taken care of as your client.
Not to mention the support and guidance when it came to moving my office this past year! Talk about a seamless transition. You arranged for the pick-up from the old location and delivery to the new location. It was so nice to have just one conversation regarding the move, it was on your calendar and it just happened! I have mentioned that you, Ross, are a rock star, right?
During my normal business day, I make many business decisions. I would like to think that my clients feel all of those decisions. But most often they don’t even realize a change has occurred. Well, I can tell you that was not true with my decision to change copiers to the Bizhub C253. My clients FELT it! The quality and speed of the scanner meant that we were emailing our clients more than faxing. So not only were we moving more towards paperless, so were the clients. And to say the clients loved the change would be a profound understatement.
