I am dropping you this note to let you know how delighted we are with our Bizhub C353. From the very beginning you were patient and understanding as we asked a lot of questions and had you quote the coper in several different ways. You finally found a way to make it work for us. As a result, we were able to eliminate 4 stand alone printers from our network and I gained the ability to print color marketing fliers as needed for a fraction of the cost of going to a copy center. By the way, the print quality is fantastic.
Your service has been outstanding from the beginning. The last time we brought in a network printer, fax, scanning system, the supplying vendor dropped off the machine, plugged it in and told us that we needed to call our IT person to get it setup on the network. What a pain! Imagine our surprise when your IT support person called us two days before delivery of the machine to prepare for the setup. Then on the delivery day you were here to train us, your partner was here to provide different training, and your IT support person was here to configure everything. The day after delivery, you called just to check in making sure that everything was going well.
Thus far, your ongoing support has been outstanding. Anytime, we have called with an issue, no matter how minor, you or your staff have been prompt and courteous.
