It has been a few months since we leased the Konica Minolta BizHub C353 from your company and we are delighted with the product. I asked my staff for input, good or bad, and received the following responses: “It’s great, keep it.” “Awesome machine. Big time saver.” And, “I love it The CEO wanted me to order some data sheets from a printing company last week which would have been $1.00 a sheet. I was able to buy some high quality paper and print them ourselves for about 20 cents a sheet. We usually order 100 each time so instead of $100 we only spent $20! The quality was identical if not better. In addition, the scanning and faxing is much faster and it’s nice not having to order ink every couple weeks. It’s a time saver and money saver.”
With our reduction in ink and print cost, and the time saved because the machine is so reliable and fast, we have a good cost savings over each month. We hoped to break even, but we are actually saving money. We use it for copying, faxing, and to copy hand written documents to the server. Everything works just as promised and all of our questions have been answered quickly and thoroughly.
