Klemmer & Associates – The Premier Leadership and Character Development Company
Common Sense Business Solutions first spoke with Reuben Romandy of Klemmer & Associates in late 2013 in regards to their ongoing need to produce high quality marketing materials for their live training seminars.
When we first met, Klemmer & Associates was using a color copy machine that provided adequate results but the service and support was coming out of the East Bay and wasn’t as responsive as they had hoped for. This slow response was creating frustration because frequently the copy machine was needed to produce marketing materials for a live event and the slow service and supply response made it so they often were unable to print the materials they needed in the timely fashion that was necessary.
In addition to the less than stellar service and supply support, Klemmer & Associates was paying a higher than market value price both for the lease of their system and the service agreement.
During our initial meeting we asked a lot of questions and discovered that we could address all of Klemmer and Associates concerns regarding service response times and training issues while actually cutting their costs dramatically.
We came to an agreement that included Common Sense Business Solutions providing a newer, higher quality Konica Minolta Bizhub C360 color copy machine at a cost that was dramatically less than Klemmer & Associates was paying for their existing copy machine. In addition, we provided a rebate check to cover the remainder of the cost on Klemmer & Associates existing copier lease so they would not be saddled with payments on both machines.
Along with the Bizhub C360, we provided an all-inclusive service and supply agreement with service support coming from Santa Rosa resulting in a response time of several hours or less which has ensured Klemmer & Associates of being able to produce their time sensitive materials on schedule.
