Background
Common Sense Business Solutions were contacted by Barbara Cannon, Office Manager of Transcendence Theater Company, when they did a Google search for a local copier company in Sonoma County. Transcendence Theater Company is a non-profit organization based in Sonoma California that puts on live, Broadway Theater performances in Sonoma County at venues such as Jack London State Park, Wells Fargo Center and Paradise Ridge Winery.
When we first spoke with Transcendence Theater Company they were printing their color programs and marketing materials on desktop laser printers and the high cost of replacing the cartridges on these printers was becoming very prohibitive. As a visual, performance based organization there is a real need to produce high quality printed materials and as a non-profit organization it is critical that costs are kept at a minimum. Upon meeting with Transcendence Theater Company it was quickly apparent to us that this outstanding organization is one that would benefit from our help. It has always been a mission of Common Sense Business Solutions to help in being a positive and supportive part of our local Sonoma County community and helping this amazing organization certainly helped to fulfill this mission.
Solution
We got together with the management team and discussed the options that would best suit their operational needs and then we worked out a plan that called for Common Sense Business Solutions to donate the equipment and a large portion of the service and supplies so this great community organization would be able to continue promoting their transcendent work without draining their valuable financial resources.

Transcendence Theater Company is truly creating magic in Sonoma County by providing access to high quality, affordable theater performances and by creating a venue for talented artists and performers to have a platform to hone and showcase their incredible talents.
