​We’ve had many of our customers request an affordable printing and scanning solutions for their remote workers. In response to this request, we’ve launched a month to month rental that includes use of a desktop, wireless laser multifunction printer-scanner along with all service and all supplies for $50.00 a month with no long term commitment. 

Plan Details:

• Month to Month Rental with no long term commitment – Cancel any time with 30 days notice.
• Delivered to your front doorstep pre-configured to print and scan
• Rental Includes all supplies except paper – no need to buy cartridges
• Rental includes touchless service – front porch printer exchange when service is needed
• $50.00 a month includes use of machine, all supplies and all service*
• 500 black prints and 100 color prints a month
• Excess black prints are billed at 2 cents each and excess color prints are billed at 9 cents.
• Canon Wi-Fi full color printer-scanner-copier

Touchless Service

We offer completely touchless service for the initial delivery and to accommodate any future service needs. Our completely touchless service involves us dropping off the printer on the remote workers doorstep with the machine pre-configured for printing and scan to email. All the user will need to do is plug in the machine and add it as a printer on their computer.

*There is a one-time initial fee of $200.00 which includes the first monthly rental payment, delivery of the printer, a remote computer session to set up scanning and provide training. Thereafter, users are billed $50.00 a month to include 500 black prints and 100 color prints a month. Excess black prints are billed at 2 cents each and excess color prints are billed at 9 cents.
