Today we want to show you how to clear a job that has a print error and is caught in the job queue of the machine.
This generally happens when a user attempts to send a print job and often there is not a matching paper type or the matching paper size of the print job that was sent to the machine.
When there is a compatibility issue and the machine is unable to print the job it will show up in the job list and will be listed as a print error.
If you look at the LCD touch screen display on the machine, you will notice the job list is highlighted and you will notice that there is one job in the job list and it does indeed say print error.
If there is a print error listed, the machine will not operate until that job has been removed from the Queue. And in order to do that we simply we need to touch and highlight the job that’s in the print que and then come back down here and select delete.
At which point you will have the opportunity to confirm that you want to delete that job.
And now with that job removed from the print queue you can resume the operation of the machine. That concludes removing a print error from job Queue.
