Among the processes we have in place to improve copier dependability is the additional of a pro-active care service technician. The role of this position is to provide courtesy call visits to existing customers checking supply levels, examining and replacing any parts or supplies approaching end of life, cleaning the equipment inside and out and replenishing shelf stock supplies. By being pro-active instead of reactive we’re able to ensure our customers don’t have to worry about un-necessary down time.
Another way Common Sense Business Solutions is proactive is with the implementation of software that monitors copier supply levels and automatically notifies us prior to these supplies reaching end of life. This enables us to replenish supplies before they create an interruption in service. Lastly, all of our machines automatically provide monthly meter readings so our customers don’t have to spend time manually reporting these readings.
