Liberty Valley Doors has been working with Ross Wiffler for almost a year now, and I am continually impressed by both the features of the new Bizhub C353 and the service Ross and Common Sense Business Solutions provides. Not only has the machine added numerous great features to our daily business activities, but has saved us money as well.
Each time we have had an issue with the machine, whether by user error or a malfunction, Ross has had the issue resolved within a couple of hours. The introductory demonstration proved to be very helpful and he offers continued education as we start to take advantage of more of the Bizhub’s numerous features.
